Founder James Malone, a former Royal Marines Commando, brings a unique blend of experience and intuition to filmmaking. This background allows us to plan meticulously, adapt seamlessly, and create genuine stories in even the most demanding environments. From filming on exposed granite ridges utilising rope access in Cornwall to immersive storytelling while skiing in Chamonix, we ensure every shoot is safe, well-executed, and visually stunning.

Our founder James, has a unending desire to build a production company that serves the story first, without fuss or gimmicks and with only authenticity and truth.

Our team of freelancers is made up of former Royal Marines Commando’s, adventurers and award winning production creatives who go further, ask tougher questions and push beyond creative industry limitations to deliver stories with meaning, heart and integrity.

Our Guiding Principles

Do the work — Just do it. We earn it. Every film, every client and every opportunity is earned through preparation, persistence and high standards.

Courage — We say yes to difficult stories, difficult conversations, the confidence to pitch the difficult idea, ask the hard question, and make decisions that serve the story rather than our comfort.

Preparedness — Preparation creates freedom. We arrive knowing the brief, the risks, the kit and the story, so we can adapt when reality changes.

Capability is Responsibility — The more capable we become, the greater our obligation to deliver. We look after people, equipment, budgets and each other's reputations. If something goes wrong, we own it.

Curiosity — We remain students of people, places and stories. We listen more than we speak and we never top asking why.
